Board of Directors
As CEO of PelicanCorp and a member of the company's board of directors, Duane has over 40 years technology industry leadership and executive management experience, with the past 29 specifically focused on damage prevention and the global One Call industry. Duane manages corporate direction and strategy at PelicanCorp and is the leading strategic head of all international deployments of the One Call solution. He is active in sharing PelicanCorp's mission and vision with clients, partners, and shareholders.
Paul is the Managing Director of Salter Brothers, Salter Brothers Hotel Group and the Chief Executive Officer of Salter Brothers Immigration Investment (previously Atlas Capital Group). He also leads the Company’s mergers and acquisitions practice and has been involved in most of the capital raising and investments undertaken by the Group. Prior to this role, Paul had extensive management and corporate finance experience working as Chief Financial Officer for Damovo Australia, Ericsson Corporate Networks and ACTTAB Ltd and with KPMG and Ernst & Young in corporate finance and consulting.
As a founding director and board member of PelicanCorp, Marcus has been serving the One Call industry across the UK and Australia for over 25 years. As the Head of Product across the range of PelicanCorp technology solutions, he and his team of product managers are responsible for the ongoing product management and roadmaps of the software systems globally. Prior to this role, Marcus was the Managing Director of PelicanCorp’s UK One Call service LinesearchbeforeUdig.
John Young is an experienced ICT executive with a successful track record in government and private domains spanning more than 40 years as a senior manager, director, and consultant covering engineering, project management, marketing, and business development roles. He served at Ericsson for 15 years and two years as a Vice President of Nortel Australia. He is currently the Chairman and independent non-executive Director at Buroserv, a Sydney-based wholesale and retail telecommunications provider.

Teagan is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. She excels in efficiency, strategic planning, and executive support. With 8 years of experience in the industry, Teagan provides insightful financial analysis, develops data-driven strategies, and contributes to informed decision-making. She is passionate about driving growth and profitability and ensures the smooth operation of top-level executives.
With over 30 years' industry experience across a wide range of disciplines, Heinrich is responsible for PelicanCorp's technical direction and driving a \"Security First\" model across the organisation. As Chief Information Officer, he provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment. He manages the Technical and GIS Teams to deliver global infrastructure, applications, security and services for both internal and external customers.
With over 15 years at PelicanCorp, Adam has been instrumental in steering the company's financial operations through significant growth, global expansion, and continuous platform evolution. Leveraging deep expertise in the software and services sector, he blends technical financial skills with strategic insight, supporting executive decision-making and guiding long-term investments. Adam’s disciplined financial approach ensures PelicanCorp remains agile, well-capitalized, and strategically positioned to achieve its commercial goals as it continues to scale internationally.
Nick has gained extensive knowledge and experience from being involved in nearly every market PelicanCorp operates in over the past 26 years. The damage prevention industry is undergoing significant changes, requiring enhanced knowledge sharing and information exchange. Nick collaborates with customers and partners across key markets, as well as local and international internal teams, to ensure PelicanCorp remains at the forefront and adjusts product strategies accordingly.
Mario Bisson is a computer technician with an educational background in business administration from HEC Montréal. He worked for TelDig, a well-known damage prevention software company, from 1997 to 2018. He started his career as a Software Developer, and then became Technical Support Representative, Head of Operations and President. Since the acquisition of TelDig by PelicanCorp in November 2018, Mario is now the Chief Technology Officer at PelicanCorp.
Phil is a utility damage prevention expert with over 25 years' experience across the UK and New Zealand. Phil has managed network protection processes and investigations for electricity, gas, and fibre utility network owners. Since 2015, he has led beforeUdig New Zealand initiatives to promote safe excavation through education and engagement. From 2018, Phil spent three years in the UK with PelicanCorp and LSBUD, working with industry stakeholders to raise awareness of safe digging practices. His international experience offers a unique perspective on effective damage prevention strategies.
Rhonda is the Chief Customer Officer at PelicanCorp, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer success and operations, including the last decade in the utility sector. She leads global efforts to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention—ensuring the customer remains central to every strategy. With a strong foundation in process improvement and cross-functional leadership, Rhonda aligns product, support, and service teams to deliver consistent, high-impact outcomes. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to long-term partnerships, she is passionate about driving meaningful value through seamless customer experiences.
Throughout 25 years' in North American damage prevention Jason has seen the industry from both client and supplier sides of the business. As one of the first employees at Quebec’s Info Excavation, he worked with the centre from day one. Since then he has worked with dozens of One Calls, utilities and locators as a technology supplier. Jason works directly to engage the Canadian stakeholders and ensure the PelicanCorp solutions are easily integrated into the mix.
Business Development
Michael Pegam has been working in the utility industry for more than 20 years. He was founder and CEO of Geolantis—an Austrian based company developing cutting-edge, future-oriented spatial solutions for the locating & utility industry. Their core focus is cloud-enabled mobile solutions to manage field crews in locating & surveying. The flagship product is called Geolantis.360. It is a cloud-based platform with mobile apps to manage mobile workforces and map & survey above and underground infrastructure. Michael is responsible for partnerships and the strategic growth of PelicanCorp's Geolantis products. His vision is a utility industry without accidents.
As VP of Sales for North America at PelicanCorp, Sid leads regional sales, business development, and GTM strategy for PelicanCorp infrastructure protection solutions. With 22+ years of sales leadership across industries, he specializes in SaaS, cloud, and location intelligence. Sid is passionate about helping utilities, telcos, and governments improve safety, compliance, and efficiency. He is a Certified Damage Prevention Professional and obtained his MBA in Business IT.
