PelicanCorp Awarded Contract to Provide Contact Center Services for Canada's BC 1 Call

Melbourne, Australia – December 27, 2019 - PelicanCorp, a global leader in the One Call damage prevention industry and the leading provider of software and services to the Canadian One Call industry, is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract for one call contact center services for BC 1 Call in British Columbia.

Since 1994, BC 1 Call has been providing the excavating community with a means to request information on the location of underground services prior to any ground disturbance or digging.  In March of 2020, PelicanCorp will become BC 1 Call’s strategic partner, providing both their core operational web-based locate ticket software, deployed since early 2019, as well as their contact center services.
